It’s been a terrible start to Matt Murray’s time in Toronto. First, he played terribly in the season opener against the Montreal Canadiens. Next is an injury that is expected to keep him out for a while:

The @MapleLeafs have placed G Matt Murray on long-term injured reserve. He is expected to miss a minimum of four weeks (adductor injury).
