The best teams in the North Division face each other tonight for the first half of a home-and-home.
I’ll keep this one brief.
If the Leafs want to remain atop the North standings they need to feed the Habs a couple of quick losses. That won’t be easy. The Habs have been working hard this year and have been getting positive results because of it.
The Leafs, meanwhile, are coming off their worst game when it comes to effort. This is a team that usually drags poor performances out over a series of games, so I’m not sure what to expect tonight.
Hopefully they come out firing and continue to change my mind regarding who and what they are as a team.
